Services include: -- PowerBook, iBook, MacBook and MacBook Pro repairs (including screen, logic board, hard drive and CD/DVD drive replacements) -- Hard disk recovery (including all Apple notebooks and desktops) -- Hard disk maintenance -- System / processor / memory / hard disk upgrades (all G1/G2/G3/G4/G5 Macs, and all Intel based Macs) -- Repairs to most Apple equipment at affordable prices -- In-House and On-Site Service -- Free quotes (some conditions may apply) Terminology and definitions: -- Our used parts and computers are also known as second hand, preowned (or pre owned), refurbished (or refurb/refurbs), ex-demo, ex-lease, and trade-ins -- Apple computers are also known as Macintosh computers (desktops), iMacs and eMacs (all-in-ones), PowerBooks and iBooks and MacBooks and MacBook Pros (laptops or notebooks), Power Macintosh G3/G4/G5 and Mac Pros, and are also abbreviated to just Mac -- We are based in Mt Waverley, which is in suburban Melbourne, in the state of Victoria (or Vic), in the continent island of Australia Trading hours: We do not have a retail showroom, but viewing of our products is limited and by appointment only. Viewing is at a warehouse in Mt Waverley. There is no showroom at this warehouse. Our online store is our showroom. We do not have all our products that are on our website in one showroom nor in one warehouse. -- Our order process will either be via our online store or via phone order -- On-site services are now available, which includes options of personal delivery of products, installation and training, and onsite repairs -- Phone calls will be answered Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm -- Couriers dispatch/deliveries Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm
