Placing an order |
We have been experiencing
some problems when processing an order from our online store.
Below is a table to show which applications are valid:

Also, if you are placing an order
with Firefox and paying via PayPal, then PayPal does not return
to our online store, thus not completing the order. You have
to reorder the same products and select the Check/Money Order
option, then state that you have paid via PayPal.
We apologise for these
small dilemmas, but we are having difficulties with our current
online store and the backend of placing orders. We are attempting
to either repair these problems, or possibly attempting to migrate

Services from Apple Bits |
Remember, there is no courier/post/handling
fee for orders over $300 to anywhere in Australia (some conditions
apply to some remote areas.)
A flat $9.95 courier/post/handling fee applies to orders under
$300. Any additional freight handling fees will be listed with
the product

Apple Museum - any interest? |
Members of the Apple
Bits Team went to the Apple exhibition at the Melbourne museum
a few years ago, and although the display was nicely presented,
we were disappointed with the small display of products and the
lack of some very old models. Apple Bits has collected a number
of Apple computers and peripherals over the years, and has been
considering some type of museum to display these Apple products.
Unfortunately, most of our older products are in storage and
are not in public view. We would like to display these Apple
products, but to open such a display requires a lot of time and
funding. If anyone has any interest or any ideas of how we can
display these Apple products, please send us an email with the
subject or title of Apple Museum and express your thoughts or
interests. Alternatively, call us on BH (03) 8518 2468 to discuss.
We may expand this section if we get enough feedback. |

Some things are not quite
right |
We realise that there
are some problems with the website, so lets point some out for
you before you ask any questions:
- All prices are in Australia Dollars, regardless if it states
US Dollars or AU dollars
- all prices include GST, regardless of any indication of any
ex or inc prices
- some configurations and/or options may not be up to date
- products will be added almost every day and every other day
except for the days you may think they will be added
- All credit cards will be validated via a phone call to confirm
credit card details and also the security code (CVV or CCV number)
- International transactions can only be paid via PayPal |
